Should the sniper rifle damage be increased?

I don't know about anyone else but I seem to be getting alot of hitmarkers with the Intervention and Barret .50 Cal even with stopping power and FMJ. They're the most powerful sniper yet they are hardly ever a one hit kill. Do you guys all have the same problem?

I agree i get this problem all the time in search, its pretty annoying.
